How much are the shipping costs?
Currently we deliver only to Germany free shipping . Shipping to other countries is possible for an additional charge. You can find the shipping costs on the site "Payment and shipping". Individual requests can be done by our contact sheet. We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.
By which shipping partner will my shipment be delivered?
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping takes 4 - 7 business days after receipt of order.
Is there an express delivery?
No, we only ship by DHL Standard.
Can my ordered product also be sent to a packing station?
No, due to the size of the products, this is unfortunately not possible.
Is it possible to receive the delivery on a desired date?
Yes, this is possible. However, to do this you must contact us directly via the contact form or by e-mail directly to webmaster@ettlinlux.com.
Where is my parcael?
With the shipment of the goods you will receive a DHL tracking code. Via this you can see the status of your delivery. You have not received a tracking code? Please contact us dircetly.
How do I know that my order has arrived?
As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
What are the payment options?
Currently we offer the possibility to pay via PayPal or credit card. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card or PayPal. For this we use the service PayPal Plus.
How and when will I receive the invoice for my order?
You will receive the invoice by e-mail with the shipment of the goods.
How do I return an article?
If the product you ordered has a fault after you have received the goods in perfect condition, please contact us with your order number and we will check the matter. For this purpose, please write us an e-mail to webmaster@ettlinlux.com.
How long does the refund take?
As soon as we receive the goods, you will receive a credit note in the amount of the returned goods within 4-5 days.
I have received a damaged package/defective product. What can I do?
To check the facts, please email us a photo of the broken mirror to webmaster@ettlinlux.com. If the damage happened during shipping, we will send you a replacement immediately. To do this, please send us an email with the order number and the broken products. Subsequently, you will receive detailed information on how to return the goods to us.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
If the product you ordered is broken after you have received it in perfect condition, please contact us with your order number. For this purpose, please write us an e-mail to webmaster@ettlinlux.com.
Why is my return not confirmed yet?
Once the return has been processed by us, you will receive a corresponding information by e-mail, with the indication of the credited amount. This may take a few days.
Is the textile of the Ambiloom® Pendant 250 sensitive to dust?
Do not worry, it is not. Nevertheless, the textile can be easily cleaned with a feather duster. All surfaces made of metal can also be cleaned with a damp cloth.
